Inventory & Accounting

AcVentory, our desktop inventory and accounting package has three major models:

• Inventory
• Accounting
• Credit Management

Inventory features include inflow and outflow of stock, expiration of stock, ordering and re-ordering of stock, stock barcoding, unit and group sales of stock, sales by barcode scanner or item name, return inwards and outwards of stock, agency sales, branch office sales, proforma invoicing, and other inventory related transactions and reports.

Accounting module automates account/ledger postings for transactions as soon as they are executed. The system also provides an interface for performing double-entry posting into various ledgers. The reporting section contains reports on all ledgers. The Mini Profit and Loss report included in this package performs periodic P&L report for any selected period at the client of a button.

Credit management features include debt aging analysis, invoice analysis, overdue credit prompting, etc.

Installation

1. Click here to download the software.
2. Extract the downloaded zipped folder.
3. Follow instructions in the ReadMe file in the extracted folder to install the package.

This package comes with the simplest and most intuitive user interfaces you can find. Additionally, there is comprehensive user manual included in the system which is accessible through Help -> View Help submenu of the system. School Management

Schooler, our school management package, is designed to easy the burden of administering schools from school administrator, and teacher. It handles student grading, subject and class positioning, remark generation, attendance computing, and terminal or semester report generation with little input from teachers and school administrator. Modules include student records management, attendance processing, terminal/semester students report generation, student progress management, fees accounting, payment invoice processing, student billing, staff data management, records search, among others.

Reports include terminal/semester report, student financial statement, students bill, list of students owing fees, paid-up students, etc.

Micro Finance

This package is ideal for SMEs in the finance industry. Core components include loan management, deposit and savings processing, accounts management among others. The system tracks and reminds users of unpaid/overdue loan repayments, due repayments, and about due repayments. System provides periodic statements on loans and accounts for any selected period. For each loan processed, the system generates a pay plan for repayment detailing interest and principal components of each repayment.

Other reports included in this package are loan repayments (for particular individual or all clients over a period), loan statement, client statement, loans state (current state of all active loans), loan pay plan, paid-up loans, customer debits, special credits, etc.
